One picture of the base, the airspace above it and the people inside
Radar, RF detectors, cameras and location tags on one operating picture you control, with every engagement decision kept with authorised people. Built for force-protection, installation security and government security staff at bases, ranges, depots and other protected sites.

Installation and force protection
- Who it is for
- Installation security officer, force-protection cell
- The problem
- Radar, RF detectors, cameras and access control each raise their own alarms on their own screens. The watch officer correlates them by hand while the drone is already over the fence.
- Duties it supports
- Export-control handling (ITAR, EAR, EU dual-use)
- CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 for US contractors (planned tooling)
- Accreditation evidence: the offline-verifiable attestation (in progress)
What SiteOS does
Fuse the sensors
Radar (ASTERIX), RF detectors and cameras become tracks on one picture of the installation, which can be shared with TAK clients over Cursor on Target.
AvailableSee the perimeter
Geofences and alert rules on zones and sensors; a breach is shown on the twin where it happened.
AvailableKeep engagements human
A rules-of-engagement gate and two-person release, so no engagement happens without two authorised people. SiteOS does not drive effectors.
In progressMark what is controlled
ITAR, EAR, NOFORN and REL TO caveats enforced on the data itself, not only on the screen.
Available
Government and other protected sites
- Who it is for
- Security lead at a government building, campus or other protected site
- The problem
- Cameras, access points, drone reports and guard notes live in different systems, so an incident is reconstructed after the fact instead of watched as it happens.
- Duties it supports
- NIS2 for public administration entities
- National rules on who may mitigate drones
What SiteOS does
One picture of the site
Buildings, zones, cameras and sensors on one model, with geofences and alert rules on each zone.
AvailableWho is where
Location tags for staff, contractors and vehicles, with restricted-zone alerts and a replay of what happened.
AvailableDrones over the site
RF and radar detections fused into tracks with their history. Detection only: no mitigation function.
AvailableMark what is controlled
Classification caveats enforced on the data itself, not only on the screen.
Available
Subsea cable landings
- Who it is for
- Security manager at a cable landing station
- The problem
- The station is small, remote and unmanned for long periods, while the cable's value makes it a target at sea and ashore.
- Duties it supports
- CER for designated operators
- NIS2 for electronic communications operators
What SiteOS does
The station ashore
Perimeter, cameras and drone detection for an unmanned site, watched from a central operations room.
AvailableShips near the route
Vessel tracks from AIS alongside the shore site.
AvailableAnchor-drag and loitering alerts
Behaviour alerts for vessels over the cable route.
Planned
Export controls
SiteOS defense capabilities may be subject to export controls, including Regulation (EU) 2021/821 (dual-use items), EU and national military lists, and the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Their availability is subject to licensing and end-user screening.
This is a notice of rules that may apply. It is not a statement that any export licence has been granted.
What SiteOS does not do here, yet
- No NATO, STANAG or FMN conformance testing has been done. Interfaces are implemented and protocol-tested only.
- SiteOS commands and monitors drones; it does not provide autonomy.
- Classified deployments need an accreditation SiteOS does not have.
Where to next
- Counter-UAS and the perimeterDetection and track fusion, alert rules, and the two-person release on every engagement.
- Sovereign by designRun on your own hardware, cut off from the internet, and prove how it behaved without trusting us.
- Trust centerThe security controls in the code, the gaps we know about and the certifications we do not hold yet.
Bring us one protected site
Tell us what you protect and what you have to prove about it. A person at ELEVEN22SPX reads it and comes back with a briefing built around your site, your sensors and your regulator.
