    Privacy notice

What personal data this website collects, why, and the rights you have over it. The SiteOS platform itself is covered by each customer's agreement and our data processing terms.

Draft, pending legal review. Version of 21 October 2026. This text has not been reviewed by counsel and may change before it takes effect. Where something is not yet decided, the page says so.

    Who is responsible

The controller for personal data collected through this website is ELEVEN22SPX LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in the Republic of Cyprus (Registration No. HE 478582), registered office Apelli 11, Central Olive 1, 203, 6056 Larnaca, Cyprus. It develops SiteOS and operates this website. Its full registered details are in the legal notice.

ELEVEN22SPX Inc., trading as ELEVEN22SPX USA, a Delaware corporation (State File No. 10413830), runs United States operations. If it takes part in answering a request made through this website, the section on transfers below applies.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. For anything about your data, write to info@eleven22spx.com, write to the registered office above, or use the briefing request form and choose Privacy request about my data.

    What we collect

When you send a briefing request

    • Your name, work email address and the message you write.
    • If you give them: your organisation, role and phone number, and the topic you chose.
    • The IP address the request came from, kept with the request to limit abuse.

    When you browse

    • Your theme choice (light or dark), stored in your own browser's local storage. It is not sent to us. See the cookie notice.
    • The servers that deliver this site may record standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested). Which logs are kept, and for how long, will be stated here when hosting is confirmed.

This website runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party fonts or scripts, and it sets no cookies.

    Why we use it

    • To answer your request and arrange a briefing: steps you asked for before any contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
    • To keep the site and the request form secure and free of abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
    • To meet legal obligations, where one applies (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or to make automated decisions about you.

    Who receives it

Briefing requests are stored in our own system and read by the SiteOS team. Where email delivery is configured, a copy is sent to our sales inbox through an email delivery provider. The providers we use for hosting and email will be named here, with where they process data, before this notice takes effect.

    Transfers outside the EEA

If a request is handled by our US operations, or a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguard used for that transfer will be stated here. This is part of the legal review.

    How long we keep it

We keep briefing requests for as long as we need them to answer you and to manage any relationship that follows. A fixed retention period is being set in the legal review and will be stated here.

    Your rights under the GDPR

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection authority: our lead authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Republic of Cyprus, or you can go to the authority where you live or work.

    California residents (CCPA)

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us:

    • In the last 12 months, through this website, we collected identifiers (name, email address, IP address), professional information (organisation and role) and the content of your message, for the purposes above.
    • We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
    • You can ask to know what we hold about you, to correct it and to delete it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
    • We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.

Send a request through the form above. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
